Dr. György Sobor

He graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine at Semmelweis University of Medicine in 1989, with a summa cum laude distinction. He took specialist examinations in General Surgery in 1994 and in Plastic Surgery in 2001, achieving the best grade on both exams.

He gained professional experience between 1989 and 1997 at different departments of general surgery. He did his plastic surgery training at the Plastic Surgery Departments of Erzsébet Hospital, Szent János Hospital and Tiszti Hospitals. Since 2003, the foundation of the Plastic Surgery Department of Szent Imre Hospital, he has been affiliated to this institute as an external doctor specializing in esthetic and reconstructive plastic surgeries. Since 2005 he has been working as a plastic surgery consultant at the Batthyányi-Strattmann László Hospital of Körmend.

Since 1997 he has been working as a plastic surgeon at different private plastic surgery institutes in Hungary, performing plastic surgeries and laser interventions.

He is a member of the main Hungarian plastic surgery associations and the International Confederation of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, IPRAS.
